Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice. Pursuant to the authority 44 U.S.C. 2112(a), the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to issue a sole source contract to Texas A & M University (TAMU) for the Consolidated Facility Management (CFM) Services for the George Bush Presidential Library located on the TAMU campus. The period of performance is December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2008 with four one-year option periods. The Government has determined that there is only one responsible source. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted.
