- 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. 2) Solicitation FA5000-07-T-0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal AcquisitionCircular 2005-19. 4) This is a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 423810, Size standard: 100 employees. 5) Line Item 0001; QTY 1: S300 Skid Steer Loader with optional cab enclosure, heater, cab accessory harness, advanced control system, back-up alarm and 7-pin control kit attachment. Line Item 0002; QTY 1: Low profile bucket, 80?, snow and light material bucket, 100?, SB200 snow blower, 78? w/8.0 hydraulic motor packages and attachment control kit. Line Item 0003; QTY 1: Trailer, Towmaster Model C-14LS w/16 foot deck, spring assist lamp, 8 ft wide flat deck. 6) Intention of this is to provide skid loader equipment for the Elmendorf AFB CE Squadron. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR BRAND NAME ONLY. The Bobcat S300 skid loader is the only loader that is specifically destined to attach to equipment that 3 CE already has in place. 7) Delivery: FOB ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA, requested delivery is no later than 20 October 07. 8) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 9) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial items. Award will be made based on the low price/technically acceptable offer. The government reserves the right to make award on initial quote received without discussions. 10) Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with Alternate 1 with the offer.
