- Part-time Dosimetrist Services, Lackland AFB, Texas. This is a presolicitation notice for personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the following: Part-time Dosimetrist, shall provide all necessary dosimetry support for patient treatment and shall be certified by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB). Services include but are not limited to: -Confer with radiation oncologist to establish requirements of nonstandard treatment. -Ensure that equipment is maintained in a safe and satisfactory working order by reporting all defects and deficiencies as they arise to the physicists. -Completion of all documentation per 59th RSQ/SGOXR Operating Instructions. -Attend and participate in meetings, staff conferences, and other appropriate activities. -Provide training to MTF staff/students in the performance of medical dosimetry tasks as required. The Government is anticipating awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of 28 Sep 07 thru 27 Sep 07 with 4 one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621111, and the small business size standard is $9M. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal and will be posted at Fed Biz Ops (http://www.eps.gov) electronically, on or about 17 Sep 07. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet.
