Description

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a notice of the Govt intent to award a Sole Source firm fixed price contract to Cutera Inc. the sole mfg and distributor of the XEO Vantage System Laser with Console and Navigation. The ant icipated award date is 20 September 2007. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures IAW FAR Part 12 and 6.302-1 for Other than Full and Open Competition. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicit ation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Govt. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a comp etitive procurement in the future.
