- DESCRIPTION The 36th Contracting Squadron, Andersen AFB GU, has a requirement to procure a trailer mounted concrete pump with assorted hoses. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-20. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written subsequent solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror submitting the quote that provides the best value to the government. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
