Fablusi is the only known source that can provide this equipment. This is neither a request for quotations nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All responses must be received by September 24th, 2007. If no affirmative responses are received by the du e date indicating that a comparable source exists, an order will be placed with Fablusi. All correspondence must be in writing.
