Description
(II)Solicitation #W912J3-07-T-0025 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. (III)This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquis ition Circular (FAC) 2005-20. (IV)This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses, however the Government is accepting proposals from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a pa rticipating large business. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220, small business size 750. (V) COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The New Mexico Army National Guard is soliciting eighteen (18) Motorola XTS 5000 radios with rechargeable batte ries (with a minimum of 8 hour capacity); four (4) Multi-unit charger for the XTS 5000 radios (5 bay); 2 Base stations to include installation and external outdoor antenna that can communicate up to15 miles for the XTS 5000 Base station; one to be set up a t White Sands Missile Range and the other to be set up at the Troop Command building, Onate Training Range, 47 Bataan Blvd, Santa Fe, NM 87508. . (VII) Delivery 30 days from award to: USPFO for NM Warehouse, Attn: Cpt Todd Kontny, 505-474-1569, 66 Bataan Blvd, Santa Fe, NM 87508-4695, FOB Destination. (VIII) The following provisions in their lastest editions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items. (IX) The Government ant icipates awarding a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation, to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the best value to the Government. Best value consideration include price, past performance. All Evaluation factors other than price, when combined are significantly less important than price.
