Description

The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, intends to negotiate and award on a non-competitive basis a contract with the National Japanese American Historical Society, a non-profit organization, 1684 Post Street, San Francisco, CA 94115, to create an Education Center about the Military Intelligence Service and the role of Japanese Americans in World War II at Building 640 located in the Presidio of San Francisco, San Francisco, CA, through rehabilitation, preservation and culturall interpretation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements, and Public Law 109-289 Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2007.
