Description: USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-S anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 1 Nov 07 for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) at Eieson AFB AK. The contractor shall provide all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and other items and services as required to perform ATGHS in support of the Department of Defense Airlift System. The period of performance is 1 Apr 08 through 30 Sep 08 with four one-year option periods. A preproposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 15 Nov 07. More information will be provided as it becomes available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered Note 29 applies to this acquisition.
