Description

Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer System: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to enter into negotiations with Panalytical Incorporated, 8 Booth Road, Chester, N.Y. 10918 for a Sole Source Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer System, in accordance with the description previously posted in FEDBIZOPPS on August 10, 2007, Requirements Document for Sources Sought Notice, Reference Number EIA-7030R1. This notice is attached for review. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334516 and the Small Business Size Standard number of employees is 500. The EPA believes that Panalytical Incorporated is the only source able to provide the equipment as identified in the description section of the attached Sources Sought Notice. Any parties disagreeing with this determination should notify the listed Point of Contact.
