Description
Blood Gas/Electrolyte/Co-Oximeter Analyzer Specifications VISN 15 has a requirement for Cost Per Test analyzer that performs all of the tests listed below on one instrument. Instruments and supplies provided for the performance of blood gas/electrolytes/co-oximeter assays allow for use of the same reference ranges, regardless of the instrument model. The analyzer should function as an independent analyzer providing a single point for sample loading. Instrumentation should be automated and have the ability to read bar coded patient samples. Analyzer must have on-board quality control (three levels for blood gas and co-oximetry and at least two levels for electrolytes.). Analyzer should have the additional capability of assaying external controls. Analyzers should support a data interface with Vista and be capable of retransmission of data after instrument downtime. Instrument should automatically perform one point blood gas calibrations every thirty minutes and 2 point calibrations at specified intervals. Tests list for direct analysis: pH pCO2 pO2 Oxyhemoglobin (O2Hb) Carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) Methemoglobin (MetHb) Deoxyhemoglobin (HHb) Sodium Potassium Chloride Glucose Ionized Calcium Ionized Magnesium Capability of calculating and reporting the following: Total CO2, Base Excess, Total Hemoglobin. We are particularly interested in responses from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses. However, all small businesses are encouraged to respond.
