Description

This is the same Presolicitation Notice incorrectly posted under solicitation W52H09-07-P-5849. Contractor's duties will include providing sign language interpreting services for all areas serviced by the Rock Island Arsenal Civilian Personnel Advisory Center. Services will be on an as needed basis, and can be from 1 - 8 hours per session. Estim ated issue date is 17 September 2007. This solicitation is restricted to those contractors within the vicinity of Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL, and the surrounding area. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. This solicit ation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http s://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/IM/solicitation_index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing li st. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parti es to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time se t for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY08 requirement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
