Description

Western Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract negotiate with Allergan under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (I) A Sole Source award for 6 each Gastric Band 10CM, cat: B2220, and 6 each Gastric Band VG, cat: B2 250enter. The RFQ W91YTZ-07-T-0196 will be available on the ASFI on or about 18 September 2007 with a closing date of 21 September 2007. This RFQ is being issued as unrestricted, all responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Thi s RFQ is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order.
