Description
The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement of Magview Mammography Information Management, Tracking and Reporting System. The STVHCS mammography implementation requires several distinct components. These components are: an orders and results multi-interface with the Vista and Vista Radiology package, a Televox interface for automated telephonic patient notification of scheduled appointments, a Power scribe results extraction interface, an interface for our Print-to-Mail batch printing hardware. The system must also support patients of multiple health systems with distinct workflow for each health system. Additional workflow requirements include unique macros and notes for each radiologist. The system must work on our GSA hardware identified in this request. We've reviewed similar products, and MagView was the only vendor to support the exact interfaces and features that meet our requirements and workflow needs. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. If no valid responses are received, the South Texas Veterans Health Care System will proceed with the procurement.
