- COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M4X17256A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 339950 with a 500 Employee size standard. (v) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered (vi) F1M4X17256A001 for 0001- Braille Signs Innerface Architechtural Signage Signs Module 6.2 Frame- eight and three quarters of an inch by eight and three quarters of an inch. With Module 6.2/A Header insert; Module 6.2B strip insert with braille trranslation. All with rounded corners. All signs will contain four numeric characters with braille at one quarter of an inch high by one half of an inch wide. All signs will be tan. 0002- Module 7.0 Frame which is seven inches by eleven and three quarters of an inch; module 7.0/A insert with all rounded corners. Will contain departmental labels. All signs will be tan. 0003- Module 8.0 which is eleven and three quarters of an inch by eleven and three quarters of an inch, with Module 8.0/A insert directional signs with rounded corners. All signs will be tan. Examples of these models can be found on Innerface?s website: www.innerface-signage.com. Once at the site, click products, interior, signature system, and then plaque modules. Exact room numbers, and sign wording will be listed on the award. Equal offers will be accepted. Items will be delivered to Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina, 29404. (vii) Required signs are to be Innerface, or equal. If equal is offered, vendor must provide full descriptions and pictures for evaluation.
