Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FM4419667100, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334519 and the small business size standard is 500 people. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Line Item 0001 1 Each SoundPro DLX-1-1/3 Real time Analyzer Kit includes Datalogging SoundPro DLX with 1/3 & 1/1 Octave Filter, 59-523 SoundPro Class 1 BK4936 Microphone, 56-990 Microphone Adapter, WS-7 Windscreen, 100-425 Headphone with Microphone Assembly, 53-855 SoundPro to USB Cable, two Lithium Ion Battery Packs, one Stylus and one spare, 53-263 Universal Power Supply, 53-434 Dust Boot, 56-164 Wrist Strap, 53-237 AA Battery Tubes, 53-273 User Manual and 53-845 Carrying Case. Line Item 0002 1 Each SP-DL-1-1/3-20 SoundPro DL Class 1 1/1-1/3 Octave Datalogging RTA and Calibrator Kit. Calibrator kit must include QC-20 calibrator, disposable batteries, 53-575 USB cable, 17-524 SD memory card and 53-711 carrying case. Line Item 0003 1 Each 057-860 QuestSuite Professional II-single User License with one cd and one cd user authorization code for installation on one office PC and one portable PC within same company. Must include two copies of operator literature (53-273 and 53-576) and service literature to include schematics and parts breakdown.
