- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this request is WR-07-53, and is issued as a request for quotations and incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC2005-19. AGAR 452.219-70 - The North American Industrial Classification System Code(s) and business size standard(s) describing the products and/or services to be acquired under this solicitation are listed below: Contract line item(s): All; - NAICS Code 333314 - Size Standard 500. FAR 52.212-2 - The Government anticipates award or a contract resulting from this solicitation to the Responsive/responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The provision of 52.212.2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The contracting officer will make award based on price and other price related factors. All factors including price, delivery, technical capability, and past performance will be evaluated equally. Successful offeror MUST accept government purchase card or submit electronic funds transfer information (SF1199a) along with their quotation to get set up for payment. Vendor MUST be in CCR and ORCA before purchase order is issued. Delivery is FOB Destination to Athens, Georgia. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Remote controlled pipe inspection camera system (crawler). For inspection of Watershed Dams. Pipes range in diameter from 12" to 60". Automatic cable real, range or distance up to 600 feet. Camera/video functions include tilt, pan, and zoom capabilities. Remote monitor includes high-resolution video recording and digital frame grabbers with removable storage capability. Remote control functions includes steering.
