Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement con stitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W15P7T-07-R-C508 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 and in Contract W15P7T-07-C-A411. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command(LCMC), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award, on a non-competitive basis, a modification under the existing Firm-Fixed Price type contract, W15P7T-07-C-A411. The purpose of this modification is to procure approximately 70 antennas (two NSNs) for the AN/ARC-231 Multi-mode Aviation Radio System (MARS). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220 with the small business size standard being 750 employees This effort is Sole Source to Trivec A vant Corporation, 17831 Jamestown Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The following is pertinent information about the items being procured: Antenna AS-4625/A, NSN 5985-01-505-0548 -Total Quantity: 39 -Part Number-AV 2090-4 -Delivery schedule shall be as follows: 39 each 90 days after contract award. Early delivery will be accepted at no additional cost to the Goververnment. Antenna AS-4626, NSN 5985-01-538-6220 -Total Quantity: 31 -Part Number AV 2091-0-00 -Delivery schedule shall be as follows: 15 each 30 days after contract award and 16 each 90 days after contract award. Early delivery will be accepted at no additional cost to the Government. All terms and conditions are in accordance with contract W15P7T-07-C-A411 The U.S. Army CECOM LCMC has established an Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invi tations for Bid (IFBs) from CE-LCMC to Industry.
