Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offerors should check the FebBizOpps website often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS UNDER NAICS CODE 334516 (SIC 3826) WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 500 EMPLOYEES. The USACE, Engineering Research & Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory has a need for the following: One (1) Gel Permeation Chromatography Unit (GPC) System, meeting the following requirements: 1. Must meet EPA requirements for GPC cleanup methods. 2. Must be compatible with labs existing separations column and UV detector (OI Analytical UV Detector with Model 101 strip recorder, and OI Analytical Large Capacity Glass GPC column). 3. Must have large fraction collection capacity to a variety of tubes and vessels compatible with the existing sample concentration (TurboVap) glassware. 4. Must be able to inject up to 5mL extract volume. Delivery FOB shall be made within 5 weeks of award, to the following location: U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), CEERD-EP-C, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180. This procurement may be quoted as follows: CLIN 0001: One (1) Gel Permeation Chromatography Unit (GPC) System; Total Price (shipping & handling included):__________. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors  Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors MUST INCLUDE a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer, or provide notification that Representations and Certifications are available on the ORCA website. Award CANNOT be made unless you are registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Registering electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. will expedite the process.
