Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Principle NAICS is 336413 and size standard is 1000 employees. The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) requires Aircraft Vibration Analysis System for CH-47/UH-60. The Government inten ds to place a single order without discussions. Therefore, offers should submit their best offer up front. Do not assume you will be able to revise your offer. Requirement: Quantity (1), Brand Name or Equal, Honeywell VXP with application kits (CH-47C/D , UH-60), H-60 Air Force Tab Tool kit, printer kit--Aircraft Vibration Analysis System for CH-47/UH-60 aircraft. Equipment must be approved to be installed on Army Aircraft for the expressed purpose of performing Track and Balance operations. Vibration e quipment must be able to measure all vibration requirements for the CH-47 Chinook and UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopters. (Main Rotor Track and Balance, Tail Rotor Track and Balance, High Speed Shaft Balance, Airframe Vibration Absorbers, Engine analysis and co mplex Vibration surveys). Display unit is required to be rugged, portable Pentium computer with Touch Screen Interface. Must be sunlight readable with an active-matrix color display. Must have Microsoft Windows operating system. Vibration equipment mus t utilize (4) velocimeters, optical tracker and Magnetic Pick-up. Go/No-Go limit checking should be performed automatically and out of limit components displayed to speed aircraft troubleshooting.
