Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Transportation intends to award a sole source acquisition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(2)(i)(A) to: Physical Address: Alliance of Tribal Tourism Advocates 522 7th Street Rapid City, SD 57701 The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Transportation (BIADOT) will provide funds to the Alliance of Tribal Tourism Advocates (ATTA), to support the growth of Tribal tourism in South Dakota. This procurement requires the ability to communicate and coordinate with various Tribal communities within South Dakota, and to encourage the participation of local Tribes in the development of projects to promote Tribal tourism in South Dakota. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No formal solicitation shall be issued.
