Description
The Scope of Work Item # 1: This project will include but is not limited to providing all materials, tools test equipment, manpower and supervision to perform routine maintenance and testing per NETA Standards, on the 480 Volt circuit breakers located in the switchgears in networks 1 & 2. Item # 2: Service secondary injector test and re-calibrate (65) sixty five low voltage air circuit breakers during 13 early morning two hour service windows. Because of patient safety issues, there is no guarantee that the 13 service windows will be consecutive. In the event of an emergency or scheduling conflict a scheduled shutdown service window may be postponed or cancelled at no additional cost to the government. At the completion of the work / project the contractor will provide a detailed written report for each breaker with the test results and corrective actions. Item # 3: For the duration of the project, through the completion of all work, the contractor will provide a 24 hour emergency phone number and will be required to respond to an emergency within 4 hours. At the completion of all work the contractor will provide a 90 day warranty period, at no additional cost to the government with a 24 hour emergency phone number and will be required to respond to an emergency within 4 hours. Item # 4: This work will require opening each breaker (ONE AT A TIME) racking out the cubical rails, service, secondary injection test, rack back in and returned to service. This scope does not require the bus to be de-energized. Item # 5: Service and test (4) network / service protectors and network transformers. The network transformers will be required to be de-energized to be serviced.
