Description
The U.S. Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only one responsible source, intends to contract on a sole source basis to SRCTec, Inc., Syracuse, New York for a modification to Firm-Fixed -Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Number W15P7T-05-D-S205, to increase the contracts ordering period from 29 June 2009 to 31 October 2010 to enable additional Delivery/Task Orders (DOs/TOs) to be issued for Duke Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) Devices, spare parts and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). The CLS services are for the currently fielded Counter Remote Control Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Electronic Warfare (CREW) Duke systems in Oper ation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). The planned support will include Program Management, Integrated Logistics Support including Depot Repair, Engineering Support Services, P3I, System Floats and Spare Parts, and Engineering Ser vicesall vital to operation readiness. Duke ECM Devices, spare parts and the depot repair portion of the CLS will be acquired on a FFP basis and the balance of the CLS will be obtained on a T&M basis. Technical POC is LTC James A.
