Description

Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract with Pall Aeropower Corporation, 10540 Ridge Road, New Port Richey FL 34654 for shortening of eixting government owned Engine Air Particle Separators (EAPS) for the CH47. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Note 22). I nterested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base d upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
