PRON: AX7F0433AXAX, NSN: 5315-01-537-4652, PN: 70103-08108-041, Quantity: 3,000 each plus One 100% option year applicable to the UH-60 (Blackhawk). F.O.B Origin with delivery to Tracy, CA. Required delivery is 300 each 290 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 300 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code: 78286 because this part requires engineering source approv al by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Ade quate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms ar e encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
