- Description
- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking small business sources that can provide consulting, coaching, and training services that support the design, development, implementation, facilitation, and management of Institute-wide programs and services essential to executing the NIAID/OWER/Employee Learning and Development/Leadership and Organizational Development goals. The contractor will be required to provide the following: 1) Learning tools and resource guidance for the retention and development of NIAID employees; 2) Support for the NIAID mentoring program; 3) Design, development, implementation, and management of numerous career enhancement, leadership, administrative, information technology, and professional training courses and workshops. In addition, the project manager and key personnel must be capable of meeting at the Government's site in Bethesda, MD within 3 hours notice. All small businesses including veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns should respond with a capability statement by October 1, 2007, 11:00 am EDT. Teaming arrangements are encouraged. (No large businesses should respond to this announcement.) Capability statements must reference similar work that has been performed by the offeror and the dollar value of that work. Respondents must demonstrate, within the capability statements, skills and abilities that reflect experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing learning and development and mentoring programs.
