Description
Notice to Offerors RFP VA-263-07-RP-0159 - Questions & Answers The following answers are provided to questions submitted in regard to the RFP referenced above: 1. Can you define "Initial Examinations" and "Review Examinations"? Answer: "Initial Examinations" and "Review Examinations" are defined in the description of services required for each in the Statement of Work (p. 5). 2. Are the reports dictated into the template provided by the VAMC? If so, who is doing the dictation? Answer: The Psychologist performs the dictation. There are templates provided, although there may be some flexibility regarding how the provider formats the exam. 3. Can the appointments be grouped together? Answer: Yes, more than one appointment can be done in one day. 4. Is there any sample tests or questions in regards the on-line test that Contractors need to take and pass? Answer: More instruction regarding the on-line testing can be accessed on the CPEP website at: http://vaww.cpep.med.va.gov/default.htm. Specifically, the course is available in the "performance support systems" section. 5. What is the VAMC template in length? 3 pages, 10 pages.? Answer: The template may vary in length, but will include space for answers to all for the questions noted in the worksheet. The worksheet is available on the CPEP website under the sub heading "performance support system." The template may also vary in length depending on how much relevant information is provided. 6. Any other collateral data to be a reviewed? i.e., how thick on average are the records? Answer: Records will vary depending on the individual being evaluated. 7. Licensing: Does this include MA's grandfathered under Minnesota law? Answer: Proposed contractors must be P.h.D. and L.P. The individuals must have had an approved APA internship and been in an APA doctoral program. 8. MMPI testing: How is the coordinated? Handled by the doctor of the VA? Answer: A technician sets the provider up to do the testing, and will provide the provider a print out of the results.
