- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial commodity prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and is current as of FAC 2005-19. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida requires: Medical Diagnostic Equipment as listed below. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. This is a "Brand Name" requirement. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334516, the size standard of which is 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 effective 5 July, 2007, DFAR DCN 20070531, and AFAR 20070531.*********** GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The 6th Contracting Squadron is seeking vendors who can provide the following: 1. Mfr: Olympus; Model: GIF-Q180, Video Gastroscope w/wide screen image 8.8mm diameter, 2.8 mm channel, 140degree field of view. Qty 1 ea 2. Mfr: Olympus; Model: PCF-Q180AL, InnoflexTM Adjustable stiffness ultra-slim video colonoscope w/wide screen image and 11.3mm diameter, 3.2 mm channel, 140 degree field of view. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication or protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the party to another official who can resolve the concern.
