- This requirement is being reposted due to posting error on the due date, the new due date is 2:00 pm (1400) PST, 22 Sept 2007. If you have already submitted a quote shall be considered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for a TRANE Air-Cooled Chiller. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 333415 with a size standard of 750 employees. The entire solicitation (Number: FA4686-07-Q-0020) will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 20 Sept 2007. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the website: FBO, to Vendors to Agency acronym: USAF, Air Combat Command, Locations, 9 CONS, Beale AFB, CA. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax or email your quote in as required in the solicitation. Telephone and fax requests for the solicitation will not be honored. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400) PST, 22 Sept 2007. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors must fill out Reps and Certs and send in with their quote, or send in a copy their ORCA.
