DESCRIPTION A Request for Quotations in electronic format only will be available for download on or about 20 September 2007 on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website in electronic format at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm No di sks shall be mailed. Any resulting Purchase Order will be firm-fixed price. The work and services are as follows: a) Balance and reconcile sponsor cash accounts: The contractor will acquire appropriate documentation from the locals sponsors and the CORPS to prepare a reconciliation report, of cash received by the CORPS pertaining to the Santa Ana River Mainstem Project, from Orange County Flood Control District, Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, local sponsors for the Santa Ana River Mainstem Project. b) Complete land acquisition, relocation and work-in kind listing: The contractor will acquire appropriate documentation from the locals and the CORPS to prepare a report listing of all land acquisitions, relocations and work-in kind performed, perta ining to the Santa Ana River Mainstem Project by Orange County Flood Control District, Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, local sponsors for the Santa Ana River Mainstem Proj ect. c) Complete a detailed cost report for completed features: The contractor will acquire appropriate documentation to prepare individual detailed cost reports and a summary word analysis for completed features within the Santa Ana River Mainstem project . The completed features are Seven Oaks Dam, Lower Santa Ana River Reaches 1-8 & 10, PED, San Timoteo, Marsh, Mill Creek, and Oak Street Drain. Separation of costs within each feature, will also cover landscaping, mitigation, recreation, and cultural reso urces. d) Supply final copies of all required documents: The contractor will provide three (3) copies of all required documents in hardcopy and on Compact Disc. 2. SELECTION INFORMATION: The contract will be awarded to that firm which provides the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms having the capabilities for this work are invited to submit an original and one copy of the price schedule and non-price/cost proposal to the above address not later than 2:00 PM on the response date indicated above.
