Description

VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate sole source with Sani-Pak, Inc. P.O. Box 1183 Tracy CA 95378 to purchase one SAN-I-Pak Auto-clave sterilizer and compactor equipment, related equipment, and accessories for the VA Medical Center, 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502. The NAICS code is 332420 and the small business size standard for this procurement is 500 employees. No solicitation package is available. The government believes this is the only source capable of satisfying these requirements. This notice is issued for information only and is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests will be accepted. Inquiries should be directed to the contracting officer at Raphelle.longrie@va.gov and must be received by 3:00PM EST on Tuesday, September 25, 2007. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
