- This is a Sole Source Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, of the Government?s intent to award to a sole-source contract to ENTERPRISE STRATEGIES, INC 9207 ARMETALE CRT, FAIRFAX STATION VA 22039-3111. Determination is bases on no other known vendor being able to provide the system and/or licensing support required. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-19. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519, the Small Business (SB) size standard for this code is$23.0 Million Dollars Annually. UGS SOFTWARE UPDATES AND HOTLINE SUPPORT MAINTENANCE (QTY: 61 EA). The Governmentreserves the right to award to the intended sole source.
