Description of Services Cox Communications will purchase and provide all equipment, filters, cables, supplies and manpower needed to broadcast the Robins TV (commander?s access channel) signal to Cox?s cable customers. Cox Communications shall ensure that Robins TV (commander?s access channel) is provided to every Cox customer within the Robins AFB perimeter. Cox will provide service repairs to all components of the system within 24 hours of notification that service has been interfered with. 2.
