- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside; the NAICS Code is 337127; the NAICS size standard is 500 Employees; and the SIC Code is 2542. Solicitation number F3HTG17222A001 is issued as a request for quotations for upgrade to five existing Wenger V-Ready modular practice rooms to Wenger VAE practice rooms or equal. Quotes shall include all parts and labor for installation. Current rooms are sound-isolated units with integrated lighting and ventilation systems, with capability to accurately simulate nine preset acoustical environments representing a variety of performance environments. Upgrade must include recording, playback and file download capability for each unit. Integrated transducer type microphones will have frequency response 60 to 20,000 Hz, signal-to-noise ratio re 1 Pa (A-weighted) of 67 dB, and maximum sound pressure level for 1.0% THD of 115dB SPL. Integrated speakers must have frequency response on axis (0?) +/-2dB from 70-20 kHz, off axis (30?) +/-2dB from 70-15 kHz. Each unit will have one ?? TRS jack, one 1/8? TRS jack, one USB type B socket and one Compact Flash socket for file upload and download options. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE.
