Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center intends to procure support services to develop an Arabic Graduate Course in Middle Eastern Studies. This course shall be developed for delivery on the Defense Language Global Language Online Support System (GLOS S) via the Defense Language Institute learning objects format. The course shall focus on Middle Eastern History from 1870 to the present, with an emphasis on religion, polictical science, and anthropology. The course requires content for 150 reading learni ng objects and content for 150 listening learning objects. This requirement is in support of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DFIFLC), Presido at Monterey, CA. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611710. This is an unrestricted co mpetition. Solicitation W912SU-07-R-0029 will be posted to the FedBizOps on or about 21 September 2007 and closing on 27 September 2007, 10:00AM ET. Question period closes 25 September 2007 (No exceptions). A bidder's mailing list will not be developed an d paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed.
