- This Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for a non-competitive acquisition to be awarded by McGuire AFB NJ to Scientific Apparatus Service, Inc for ANALYZE AND REPAIR CRYOGENIC FREEZERS. The award will be issued against Standard Industrial Classification Code ? 7699, NAICS code ? 811310, and the related Small Business Standard - $6.5M. The delivery date will be 30 days after receipt of award. This notice is for announcement only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP); nor does its issuance restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition.
