- Title – BCM Remedy Change DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 - 19. This is abrand name procurement per the attachment and FAR 6.302-1(c). The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR Part 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 52.222-50; DFARS 252.212-7001, 252.232-7003, 252.232-7010; and AF 5352.201-9101. Prices shall be provided for the following CLINS: CLIN 0001 -BMC Remedy Change Management Application, Part # LP763.0.0.00; CLIN 0002 - BMC Remedy Change Management Flt 1-Pk Lsn, Part # LA322.0.0.00; CLIN 0003 - BMC Service Level Management, Part # LPBL1.0.0.00; CLIN 0004 - BMC Service Level Management Fixed 1-Pk Lsn, Part # LABL7.0.0.00. Furthermore, each CLIN is required to be accompanied by a BCM Fastrack (5x12) support plan. The Government will make an award from this request for quotation to the responsible offeror whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. By submission of a quote the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. The NAICS Code is 334119. Ship to: NASIC/SCXA (Ref # SCXA 07-039, ATTN: Crane), 4180 Watson Way, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433, FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award a delivery order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
