- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HKA37261A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. This solicitation is issued as an intent to award full and open; the NAICS Code is 334419. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery of the following items: THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT NO OR EQUALS WILL BE ACCEPTEED 1. (3 Each) KIV-19A, A TYPE 1 TRUNK ENCRYPTION DEVICE PLUS ONE YEAR WARRANTY 2. (4 Each) MODEL 5020-1 SINGLE DESK TOP UNIT WITH POWER 3. (2 Each) KIV-19 MODEL 5020-2 DUAL UNIT HOUSING WITH POWER SUPPLY All quotes should be received NLT Thursday, 25 September 2007, at 3:00 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to joel.bartholomew@offutt.af.mil or faxed to SSgt Joel Bartholomew at (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Thursday, 25 May 2006, at 3:00 pm (cst) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
