- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a seperate solicitation will not be issued. F2XHE37254A001 is being issued as a required for quote using simplified acqusition procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 (17 Sep 2007) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20070913. It is the offeror?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is for the Air University / SCV (AU/SCV). The acquisition is solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 423410 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is for the purchase of the following contract line items(CLINs): CLIN 0001 Panasonic Model #AJ-HVF21G, 2"16:9/4:3 HD Viewfinder for AJ-HDX900. (BRAND NAME) QUANTITY: 2 EACH CLIN 0002 Panasonic Model # AJ-PCD20, P2 Card Reader. (BRAND NAME) QUANTITY: 3 EACH CLIN 0003 PROMAX, Universal TV Explorer RF Channel Analyzer (Brand name or Equal). QUANTITY: 1 EACH CLIN 0004 Panasonic Model # AJ-VF20WB 2" 16:9/4:3 Viewfinder for AJ-SDC615 (BRAND NAME) QUANTITY: 2 EACH CLIN 0005 Panasonic Model #SHAN-TM700, Tripod Adaptor Plate for AJ-SDC615 (BRAND NAME) QUANTITY: 5 EACH CLIN 0006 Elmo, Model #MNC-03A Multicable for Elmo MN400 (BRAND NAME) QUANTITY: 1 EACH CLIN 0007 Elmo, Model # T1675F, f-7.5 lens for Elmo MN400 (BRAND NAME) QUANTITY: 1 EACH CLIN 0008 Canon, Model #HJ17EX7.6B-IRSD, HighDef Lens for AJ-HDX 900 (BRAND NAME) QUANTITY: 2 EACH CLIN 0009 Samsung, Model # LN-T4661F, 46" LCD Monitor (Brand name or Equal) QUANTITY: 3 EACH This is an all or nothing requirement, you must be able to quote and provide all items requested. QUOTATION PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. Price must consist of a firm fixed price net amount for each CLIN. BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror who takes no exceptions to CLINs 0001 ? 0009 and the remaining requirement of this synopsis solicition. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items (Sep 2006), applies to this acquisition and is addended to delete paragraphs (e) Multiple offers and paragraph (h) Multiple Awards. Lack of registration will make an Offeror ineligible for award.
