- This is the formal public announcement of a performance decision for the A-76 Streamlined Competition for Support Services at the USCG Uniform Distribution Center (UDC) in Woodbine and Cape May, NJ. The competition was conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, dated May 29, 2003. A performance decision has been rendered favoring the agency. This performance decision officially ends this streamlined competition.
