- Description
- The 96 Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for (2) Model MD400C-1 Transponders to Herley Industries Inc. of Lancaster, PA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 28 September 2007. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (2 EACH) TRANSPONDER. C BAND WITH CODE SPACING SELECTION SWITCH ON FRONT PANEL. MODEL MD400C-1, P/N: 500002-29 These items must be delivered to: 46 RANSS/TSRML (LMCA) - F1T0DD, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 9 months after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 336413, small business size standard: 1000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
