- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source modification to contract N00039-03-C-0008 with Data Link Solutions, LLC (DLS), 350 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids IA 52498. This modification will require the fabrication, integration, testing and delivery of two (2) additional production units of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) on Ship High Power system and associated spares. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive request for proposals for further MIDS on Ship units is contemplated. The synopsis of this follow-on competitive solicitation was published on FedBizOpps on 2 May 2007 under future solicitation number N00039-07-R-0027.
