Description

The purpose of this modification is to extend the closing date and time to 02 OCT 2007 3:00 pm; Funding year for this contract is FY 08, add clause 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984)Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Gov ernment's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made availab le to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.(End of clause). Also, provide clarification regarding the requirements, this is NOT an add ition to the requirement; Microsoft Server Windows 2003, Enterprise is the OS installed on each server; their are 4 CPUs on each server; MS SQL Server 2000 is the data base used on each of the 15 servers. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
