Description
This is a combined Synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial Service: Services, Non-personal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to complete all required on-site preventative maintenance, repair and servicing of industrial equipment IAW the attached Statement of Work. Servicing will be required at least quarterly, as needed and include emergency repair. The period of performance will include a base year from 1 October 2007 to 30 September 2008 and 2 one-year option periods, extending through 30 September 2010; exercised at the unilateral right of the Government. Due to the nature of work required, offers will only be accepted from contractors within a 3 hour driving radius of Vandenberg AFB. This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issues. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4DTE17192AQ01. Submit written offers - quote template provided upon request. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16 and DFARS Change Notice 20070327. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811310, Small business size standard of $6.5M applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for Delivery to Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437, Bldg 9320. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial items. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items: Quotes will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance and best value factors. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
