This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) on F3W2237207A001. The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this procurement.
