- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to PR Corporation Inc, 4425 Willowbend Boulevard, Houston, TX 77035-3827. This procurement is using Simp lified Acquisition Procedures and only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for IED Simulation for USACE, North Atlantic Division, Brooklyn, New York. No RFQ will be issued based o n this notice. However, all information received within (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government no t to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. All contractors are required to be registered in the DODs Central Contr act Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
