- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking vendors to provide one hundred UNIT WHEELS FOR NUMBERING UNITS, item 44. This is a repair part for the cope pak super-nemerota 212, Zeiser Article nr. ACG39. No substitutes will be accepted. All qualified vendors may submit an offer which will be considered. All responses must reference RFQ-07-0430. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itmes prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. A written Request for Quotation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Place of delivery is the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 14th & C St SW Washington DC 20228. The delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction of Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and other non-price related factors. Offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commerical Items, applies to this acquition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, 52.225-1, 52.232-33 and 52.219-6. All sources must submit a quote with required Offeror Representations and Certification by 2:00pm EST, Monday, October 1, 2007. Quotes received after that time may not be considered. In order to evaluate quotation properly, please submit with your offer, any correspondence, e.g., drawings so that we can ensure you are offering what is requested. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR 12 and 13 shall be used.
