- Description
- The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to issue an award to Pitney Bowes, Inc. to provide the Agency with Postage-by-Phone service for postage meter refills. The mailing systems requiring the services are in multiple locations within the United States, Honolulu, HI; Albuquerque, NM;and san Juan, Puerto Rico. The period of performance shall be for a base period of one (1) year and four (4) option years. Pitney Bowes is the only provider that can provide services to their meters, therefore, the justification for this action is under Authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitatio will be issued. All responsible offerors may respond to this notice via e-mail before the due date of this notice.
