Description
The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 5/18/2007 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. Item Description: Various pumps, strainers, nozzles, hose assemblies, and pump repair parts. Contract will be firm fixed price with economic price adjustment. FOB Destination to any location in the continental US will be requested. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. This solicitation will contain an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration of the contract (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be unrestricted. Price breaks will be requested. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
