Description
1. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify answers provided in Amendment 1 and Evaluation and Award criteria. 2. The following questions and answers are hereby incorporated and made a part of this solicitation package superseding the answers provided in Amendment 1: Question 3: Is an aluminum frame acceptable? Answer: Yes. Question 5: Is 85 MPH Wind testing required for the fabric door? Answer: Wind testing shall not be required. The fabric doors shall be designed for 85 MPH wind and 20 PSF snow loads. 3. The following question and answer is hereby incorporated and made a part of this solicitation package: Question 7: The solicitation states there are to be 10 Ton Air Conditioners and provide 240,000 BTUs. In speaking with a number of AC suppliers these two numbers don't match up. Either it is 10 tons providing 120,000 BTUs or 20 tons providing 240,000 B TUs. Could you please clarify the size of Air Conditioners that are required? Answer: 10 Ton Air conditioning unit 120,000 BTU ETL listed, 4,000 CFM air flow 460 V 3 PZ, 60 HZ 60-110 degree F / 50% RH , with appropriate duct work, min 80 Amp Circuit breaker, Dimensions 59 Wx89Lx51 H 4. The Evaluation and Award paragraph located in the Clarifications and Additional Requirements is revised to read as follows: EVALUATION AND AWARD The Government will evaluate offers in response to this request and award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this request, will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, and technical. A ward will be made based upon the best value to the Government in accordance with procedures in FAR 13.106-2(b). 5. The closing date for this solicitation is 2:00 p.m., CST, Thursday, September 27, 2007. 6. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
